A2Go provides AI-powered supply chain decision intelligence software and related professional services. The A2Go Decision Intelligence Platform (ADIP) leverages autonomous AI agents, predictive analytics, and machine learning to help organizations optimize supply chain operations, demand planning, inventory management, and related business processes.
The Site provides general information about A2Go, our products, and our services. The information on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer, solicitation, or commitment to provide any product or service.
Access to and use of A2Go's software products and professional services are governed by separate Master Service Agreements ("MSA"), Statements of Work ("SOW"), or other written agreements between A2Go and the applicable customer.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms
- Your use of the Site does not violate any applicable law or regulation
4. User Accounts & Responsibilities
Certain features of our services may require you to create an account or authenticate through a customer portal. If you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
- Promptly notify A2Go of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
A2Go reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security risk.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, algorithms, AI models, AI agents, documentation, graphics, logos, designs, and other materials available on the Site or through A2Go's services (collectively, "A2Go Materials") are the exclusive property of Analytics2Go, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Restrictions

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site or any A2Go services to:
- Reverse engineer — decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or underlying structure of any A2Go software, models, or agents
- Scrape or harvest data — use automated means (bots, crawlers, scrapers) to access, collect, or extract data from the Site without our express written permission
- Gain unauthorized access — attempt to access systems, accounts, or data that you are not authorized to access, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any A2Go system
- Build competing products — use information obtained from the Site or A2Go services to develop, market, or offer products or services that compete with A2Go
- Distribute malware — upload, transmit, or distribute viruses, worms, or other malicious code
- Violate laws — use the Site in any manner that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
- Misrepresent identity — impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim an affiliation with any person or entity
A2Go reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates these restrictions, including removing content, suspending access, and reporting to law enforcement. See our Acceptable Use Policy for additional rules that apply to platform usage.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, INFORMATION, AND MATERIALS PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

A2Go does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Any information or materials downloaded or otherwise obtained through the Site is done at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

Use of A2Go's software products and professional services is governed by separate written agreements (e.g., MSA, SOW, or order forms) between A2Go and the applicable customer. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any such separate agreement, the separate agreement shall control with respect to the subject matter thereof.

A2Go reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
