Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: April 26, 2026
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of the A2Go Decision Intelligence Platform (ADIP), its AI agents, and all related software, APIs, dashboards, and professional services (collectively, the "Platform") provided by Analytics2Go, Inc. ("A2Go," "we," "us," or "our").
This AUP applies to all users of the Platform, including customer employees, contractors, and any third parties granted access under a customer's service agreement. It supplements — and does not replace — the terms of your Master Service Agreement ("MSA"), Statement of Work ("SOW"), or other written agreement with A2Go.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
[COUNSEL REVIEW: Confirm this AUP is properly incorporated by reference in the MSA template and customer-facing agreements.]
2. Permitted Use
The Platform is provided for authorized business purposes as defined in your service agreement with A2Go. Permitted uses include:
- Using AI agents and analytics tools for supply chain planning, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and related operational decision support
- Accessing dashboards, reports, and agent-generated recommendations to inform business decisions
- Integrating the Platform with your authorized enterprise systems as specified in your SOW
- Providing data to the Platform for processing in accordance with your data processing agreement
- Configuring and managing agent parameters within the boundaries established in your service agreement
All use must be within the scope, seat count, and usage limits defined in your agreement. If you are unsure whether a particular use is permitted, contact your A2Go account representative before proceeding.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in, and are responsible for ensuring that anyone accessing the Platform through your account does not engage in, any of the following prohibited activities:
Reverse Engineering & Model Extraction
You shall not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code, algorithms, model weights, training data, or underlying architecture of any AI agent, model, or component of the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Systematic probing of AI agents to extract or reconstruct model parameters
- Using Platform outputs to train, fine-tune, or improve competing AI models
- Attempting to replicate A2Go's proprietary Judgment Layer or agent orchestration logic
Unlawful or Harmful Outputs
You shall not use the Platform to generate, promote, or act upon outputs that violate applicable laws, regulations, or industry standards, including but not limited to:
- Outputs that facilitate violations of trade sanctions, export controls, or anti-corruption laws
- Recommendations used to engage in price fixing, market manipulation, or other antitrust violations
- Any use that violates data protection laws applicable to the data being processed
[COUNSEL REVIEW: Expand prohibited output categories based on regulated industries served (e.g., pharmaceutical, defense, food safety).]
Security Violations
You shall not introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized access to the Platform, including:
- Uploading viruses, trojans, ransomware, or other malicious software
- Attempting to gain access to systems, data, or accounts beyond your authorized scope
- Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Platform without written authorization from A2Go
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform
- Circumventing or disabling any security, authentication, or access control mechanisms
Unauthorized Distribution
You shall not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or provide access to the Platform to any unauthorized third party. Specifically:
- Sharing login credentials with individuals not authorized under your agreement
- Providing Platform access to subsidiaries, affiliates, or partners not covered by your MSA without A2Go's prior written consent
- Building products or services for third parties that incorporate Platform functionality or outputs
[COUNSEL REVIEW: Align permitted sharing scope with standard MSA affiliate and subsidiary clauses.]
Unsupervised Critical Decisions
You shall not use AI agent outputs as the sole basis for decisions with significant legal, financial, or safety implications without appropriate human review. The Platform is designed to augment — not replace — human judgment. Specifically:
- Decisions that could result in significant financial loss or liability must include human oversight
- Safety-critical operations (e.g., product recalls, hazardous material handling) require qualified human review before action
- Regulatory submissions or compliance certifications must not rely solely on agent-generated analysis
[COUNSEL REVIEW: Define "significant" thresholds or reference customer-specific governance frameworks. Consider alignment with EU AI Act human oversight requirements.]
Misrepresentation of AI Outputs
You shall not misrepresent AI-generated recommendations, forecasts, or analyses as the work product of human analysts. When sharing or acting upon Platform outputs:
- Internal reports incorporating agent outputs should identify the AI-generated components
- Presentations to boards, regulators, or external stakeholders should disclose the use of AI-assisted analysis where material
- Audit trails must accurately reflect the role of AI agents in decision processes
[COUNSEL REVIEW: Align disclosure requirements with industry-specific regulations and emerging AI transparency mandates.]
4. Data Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of all data they provide to the Platform. Specifically, you agree to:
- Data accuracy — ensure that data inputs are accurate and current to the best of your knowledge; AI agent outputs are only as reliable as the data they receive
- Data authorization — confirm that you have the right to provide all data submitted to the Platform, including any necessary consents from data subjects
- Prohibited data — refrain from submitting data you are legally prohibited from sharing, including data subject to legal privilege, court-ordered restrictions, or regulatory holds
- Sensitive data — comply with the handling requirements for sensitive or regulated data categories as specified in your data processing agreement
- Data hygiene — promptly notify A2Go if you become aware that inaccurate, unauthorized, or prohibited data has been submitted to the Platform
[COUNSEL REVIEW: Cross-reference with the standard DPA. Specify prohibited data categories (e.g., PHI without BAA, payment card data without PCI compliance, classified data).]
5. Monitoring & Enforcement
A2Go reserves the right to monitor use of the Platform for compliance with this AUP, security purposes, and service integrity. Monitoring may include:
- Automated analysis of usage patterns to detect anomalous or unauthorized activity
- Review of API call logs, query patterns, and data access records
- Security scanning and vulnerability assessments of Platform-connected systems
- Periodic audits of usage against agreed-upon scope and limits
We will conduct monitoring in a manner consistent with our Privacy Policy and the confidentiality obligations in your service agreement. Monitoring is performed to protect all customers and the integrity of the Platform — not to access or use your proprietary business data for any unauthorized purpose.
[COUNSEL REVIEW: Confirm monitoring practices comply with applicable surveillance and employment privacy laws in all jurisdictions where customers operate.]
6. Consequences of Violation
Violations of this AUP may result in one or more of the following actions, at A2Go's discretion:
- Warning — written notice identifying the violation and requesting corrective action
- Temporary suspension — immediate suspension of Platform access pending investigation and remediation
- Permanent termination — termination of your access to the Platform and related services
- Legal action — pursuit of legal remedies, including injunctive relief and damages, as permitted by your service agreement and applicable law
- Reporting — notification to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities if the violation involves illegal activity
The severity of the response will be proportionate to the nature, scope, and impact of the violation. Where practicable, A2Go will provide notice and an opportunity to cure before taking suspension or termination action, except where immediate action is necessary to prevent harm or comply with legal obligations.
[COUNSEL REVIEW: Align cure periods and escalation procedures with the standard MSA termination clauses. Confirm notice requirements.]
7. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP — whether by your own organization or by another party — we encourage you to report it promptly. Early reporting helps us protect all customers and the integrity of the Platform.
Report a Violation
Email: security@agents2go.ai
[COUNSEL REVIEW: Add secure reporting mechanism (e.g., encrypted form, PGP key) for sensitive security reports. Confirm whistleblower protections if applicable.]
When reporting a violation, please include as much detail as possible: the nature of the violation, when it occurred or was discovered, the parties involved (if known), and any evidence or supporting information.
A2Go will investigate all reports in a timely manner and will not retaliate against anyone who reports a violation in good faith.
