Responsible AI
Our principles for building AI that earns — and keeps — your trust.

Our Approach to AI
Agents2Go.ai builds purpose-built AI agents for supply chain decision intelligence. Every agent we deploy through the A2Go Decision Intelligence Platform (ADIP) is designed to solve a specific operational problem — not to be a general-purpose black box.
We believe AI should augment human judgment, not replace it. Supply chains are complex, high-stakes systems where experience and intuition matter. Our Judgment Layer is designed to encode and amplify your team's expertise — capturing the decision logic that your best planners already use and scaling it across the organization.
This isn't AI for AI's sake. It's AI that makes your people faster, more consistent, and better equipped to handle the exceptions that actually need their attention.
Human-in-the-Loop by Design
ADIP agents surface recommendations, flag risks, and highlight anomalies. Your planners make the final call. We designed it this way because we've seen what happens when organizations hand over critical decisions to systems they don't understand — and we're not interested in building that.
Every agent interaction is designed with clear escalation paths. When an agent encounters a scenario outside its confidence bounds, it flags it for human review rather than guessing. Your team stays in control of the decisions that matter.
Transparency
We don't build black boxes. We explain what our agents do, what data they use, and how they arrive at recommendations. If an agent suggests rebalancing inventory across three distribution centers, you can trace the reasoning — the demand signals, the constraints it weighed, the alternatives it considered.
Customers can audit agent behavior and decision logic. We provide visibility into agent performance, confidence scores, and the data inputs driving each recommendation. When you ask "why did the agent recommend this?" there should always be a clear answer.
Data Stewardship
Your data is yours. Customer data is used only to deliver the services you contracted for — nothing more. We do not use one customer's data to train models for another customer. Period.
Data isolation
Each customer's data is logically and operationally isolated. There is no commingling of customer data across tenants.
Access controls
Role-based access ensures that only authorized personnel — both on your team and ours — can access specific data sets.
No cross-training
Models are not trained on data from other customers. Your competitive intelligence stays competitive.
Data lifecycle
We retain customer data only as long as the service agreement requires. Offboarding includes data deletion or return per your preference.
Fairness & Bias
In supply chain contexts, bias can manifest as systematic overallocation to certain regions, consistent underforecasting for specific product lines, or recommendations that inadvertently favor one supplier over another without justification. We take this seriously.
Our agents are tested for systematic bias before deployment and monitored for drift and degradation in production. When we detect that an agent's recommendations are skewing in unexpected ways, we investigate, recalibrate, and communicate with the affected customer.
We also recognize that bias can enter through data, not just models. We work with customers to identify and address data quality issues that could lead to biased outputs.
Security & Privacy
Responsible AI doesn't mean much without the security infrastructure to back it up. Our platform is built with enterprise-grade protections:
- Encryption — data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256)
- Access controls — role-based permissions, MFA, and audit logging across all platform interactions
- Compliance — practices aligned with SOC 2, GDPR, and CCPA requirements
- Incident response — documented procedures for security incidents with defined notification timelines
- Vulnerability management — regular security assessments and responsible disclosure program
For full details on our security practices, see our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
[COUNSEL REVIEW: Confirm SOC 2 audit status and exact attestation phrasing before public launch — currently positioned as "aligned with" rather than "certified."]
Continuous Improvement
The field of AI safety and governance is moving fast. New research, new regulations, and new industry frameworks emerge regularly. We don't treat responsible AI as a checkbox — it's an ongoing commitment.
We actively monitor developments in AI safety research, regulatory requirements (including the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging state-level legislation), and industry best practices. We update our practices as standards evolve, and we communicate material changes to our customers.
When we learn something new about how to build AI more responsibly, we apply it. That's not a policy statement — it's how we operate.
